The iQOO 3 has a Super AMOLED touchscreen(more expensive) than of the iQOO Neo 3 5G has an IPS LCD touchscreen.
But you prefer deeper black and brighter colors, choose AMOLED. However, if you want a sharper image and love outdoors, choose LCD.

The iQOO 3 has a 180Hz touch-sensing rates while iQOO Neo 3 5G has a 144Hz refresh rate.
