- 1. OATH OF OFFICE - Actual Oath taking of the appointment employee official before the highest ranking official/head of the group. If possible it should be documented by taking a picture.
- 2. ASSUMPTION TO DUTY - For original appointment/hiring, effective date should be on the actual date of reporting/assumption to duty.
Note: Effectivity date of both the Oath of Office and Assumption to duty should be the same.
