AMD Unveils Radeon R9 Nano Next Month!

AMD will be launching one of its super-small, High Bandwidth Memory powered Radeon R9 Nano this coming August 2015.

AMD's President and CEO Lisa Su confirmed it during its 2015 Q2 Earnings call. 
“Fury just launched, actually this week, and we will be launching Nano in the August timeframe.”
In wcctech post, Radeon R9 NANO graphics card is Fiji based with half the size of R9 290X and half the power of R9 290X.

Fiji is a codename for AMD's most powerful GPU which features 3D High Bandwidth Memory (HBM). Twice the performance per watt and the performance density with its previous flagship, R9 290X

Its architecture has an impressive feat which is scalable. This GPU also has a 15 cm long, a 8 inch in length, and a powered by a single fan which is extremely power efficient.

Based on AMD’s largest, most powerful and latest GPU code named “Fiji”, this tiny card boasts some seriously impressive stats. 2X the performance per watt and 2X the performance density of AMD’s previous flagship, the R9 290X. The result is a six inch long, 175W graphics card that we’re told is “significantly faster” than the 290X. Combine all of those attributes and the R9 Nano has the makings of the the most powerful mini-itx graphics card we have seen so far.
