Google Will Acquire Twitch

Google signing to buy Twitch, world's leading game live streaming firm for $1 billion, according to anonymous sources.
There were of sources and lot of speculations that Google will definitely buy Twitch for $1Billion. Incredibly high? Well, Google can indeed buy it without problem. In 2006, Google acquired YouTube for $1.65 billion.

Although, Techtimes admitted that the deal wasn't been officially confirmed. Both companies, Google and Twitch declined to comment on the issue of acquisition.

What is Twitch?
Twitch is known for gamers and is the world's leading video platform and community for gamers. Every month, it has attracted more than 45 million gamers to gather up. Twitch is a San Francisco-based and was launched on 2011. Twitch will enable users to broadcast their own gameplay on Pc, Xbox, or PS to online viewers.

Ways of Monetization
The firm said they've earned money by subscription model and thru ads. 

Does it have beneficial?
According to analysts, when Twitch becomes part of Google, gamers will experience great live streaming service. It will minimize the publisher to use license copyrighted video game, said Google.

In addition, Twitch investors will be happy for they're thinking of high exponential return once Google acquires Twitch.
