What is Flash Player?
Adobe Flash Player is a standard, cross-platform plugin that serves rich web content and plays animations(videos & sounds). If you are fond in playing Games i.e. Facebook Games or Viewing Videos in Youtube, then you should have it or update it. Google Chrome, however, has a built-in Adobe Flash Player but from time to time it will notify you to install updates(yes, you can opt to choose not). Most Facebook Games uses Flash Player to create dynamic game that a user could enjoy. Not only that, most video sites providers uses Flash player too and that is really why it reached to 1 Billion PCs.

So why you should update your Flash Player?
If you are happy with your current version of Flash Player, maybe, you should update it at least. Why?
Because Flash Player has some exploits/flaws which can lead to security  issues and can damage your system. And you need to update it. (update: improvements, usability, security, stability, and new features). Not only on security issue but for the user interaction, speed, and stability.

Thus, update it now or you are in fair trouble. :)
